β’ VIVA Railings is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and promote our premium railing products in the dynamic and competitive New York and New Jersey markets. β’ The ideal candidate will engage with Architects, General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Owners in this region, providing expert product knowledge and support, while being passionate about new business development. β’ Connect with architects, forge relationships through product introduction, education, and solutions for their specific project needs. β’ Get VIVA Railings prequalified, establish rapport with Contractors, bid on upcoming projects and negotiate post-bid to close sales. β’ Identify trendsetter ideas by researching the Northeast industry, events, publications, and announcements to discover unique business opportunities. β’ Develop a deep understanding of the local market, including trends and customer needs for sales planning and territory management. β’ Actively participate in local industry groups and regional trade shows to build relationships.
