Description

• Generate value for our customers at every step of the customer lifecycle • Serve as project coordinator during customer on-boardings and facilitate internal initiatives across teams • Provide operational support within Client Services • Serve as an additional point of contact for customers and first line of defense for escalations • Execute tactical measures that improve user adoption of Vozy • Work with Vozy's most valuable customers to understand their needs and help them succeed • Understand why customers use Vozy and how they can get more value from the product • Provide feedback to the product team on customer requests for product enhancements • Communicate progress, opportunities and risks internally and externally, including analysis of product performance and optimization opportunities • Responsible for revenue retention and growth in accounts

Requirements

• At least one and a half years of professional work experience • Proficient in Excel
