Description

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue / quotas through the management and execution of the Vozy sales process. • Develop comprehensive sales strategies and sales plan that ensures consistent achievement of short and long term goals for your coverage model. • Build lasting and meaningful relationships with other members of management, the team and the prospect community. • Build and align with Vozy's sales marketing plan to develop and take ownership of region and account specific market segmentation. • Develop essential internal relationships to provide the necessary support to manage accounts and close deals. • Communicate accurate and realistic forecast information to the management team in accordance with our process and policy. • Communicate market feedback and needs to headquarters in a productive manner. • Take an active role in problem solving, involving other functional areas, rather than "throwing problems at the factory gate". • Take the lead in prioritizing customer needs so that engineering and other functional areas can focus on the right tasks and problems. • Comply with the company's information security policy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of account management or inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS. • Experience in selling SaaS-based solutions, managing complex sales practices and solution-based selling to CXO, senior management and director level individuals. • Analytical and negotiation skills. • Ability to uncover opportunities, build positive relationships, find hidden issues during due diligence and successfully close the transaction. • Ability to plan, develop and implement new business activities involving cutting edge technology. • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue at a substantial level and scale bookings and net new customer growth. • Experience in contract negotiation and development. • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment.
