• Manage VSP’s largest and complex clients • Lead corporate-wide efforts for efficiency • Act as primary VSP liaison on client service projects • Develop and maintain client relationships • Ensure client satisfaction and retention • Manage account plans and compliance-related items • Facilitate key client meetings and implementations • Provide consultative advice to clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience • 4+ years of account management experience • In-depth understanding of healthcare/insurance industry and benefits administration • Strong project organization skills • Proven ability to influence business partners
