• Drive growth and impact the future of business services. • Foster new Commercial and Industrial relationships and Commercial Real Estate loans. • Enhance existing C&I and CRE business member relationships. • Create stronger, long-term connections with business members. • Guide BECU’s business services to new heights. • Ensure the success of clients using strategic solutions and lending products.

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent work or educational experience. • Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of financial institution experience in Business/Commercial Lending business development and Business/Commercial relationship management. • Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of experience working with C&I borrowers and commercial real estate borrowers interpreting and understanding their financials. • Strong working knowledge of state and federal regulatory compliance laws, credit union credit policy, business & commercial loan products and services. • Thorough understanding of financial statement analysis including C&I Businesses, Commercial Real Estate transactions, guarantor analysis. • Excellent sales, cross-selling and business development skills using an established sales performance management process. • Ability to source, structure and present business solutions to existing and prospective member businesses. • Proficient verbal and written skills to effectively communicate.
