• Responsible for the following state: Florida • Establish strong relationships with customers across multiple trade channels • Build an organized and disciplined territory coverage plan based on our strategic tiering system • Strategically partner with dealers on selling best practices • Provide mentorship, guidance, and direction to sales team members • Submit accurate territory forecasts within defined timeline • Prepare sales reports, customer reports, expense reports as directed • Attend sales meetings, training programs and trade shows as requested • Provide timely communication and preeminent customer service • Manage territory expenses within a budget • Work effectively with customer service, marketing, and operations departments
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • At least 6 years of outside sales/account management experience • Outdoor and sporting goods experience preferred • Premium consumer products experience preferred • Proven track record delivering on defined sales objectives • Self-starter, self-motivated with strong time management skills • Competitive, self-confident and growth oriented • Must currently reside in one of the following states • Willingness to travel up to 50% of time on the road to customers
