• Backed by top investors, Heron Finance unlocks the power of private markets. • Our mission is about more than just investing, it's about unlocking potential. • Heron Finance is hiring an experienced individual to be responsible for RIA Business Development. • You will be responsible for growing AUM by closing and nurturing relationships with RIAs. • You have a strong network of independent RIAs who trust you. • This role is full time, preferably located in the Bay Area or NYC.

Requirements

• Existing network of contacts within the RIA community • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in building relationships and driving sales with RIAs • Demonstrated experience selling investment products, custodial services, and/or technology to independent RIAs and/or institutional investors • Series 6, Series 7 or Series 63 required. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Curiosity—a hunger to learn and be challenged • Collaborative team player while also possessing the confidence to execute independently • Eager to give and receive feedback freely • Honesty, persistence, resilience, and humility
