β’ The Development Channel Account Manager (DevCAM) responsibilities include working within the sales team to promote and sell all portfolio security products within the national territory to his/her assigned partners. β’ Ensure partners have the best possible experience working with WatchGuard. β’ Responsible for quoting, training, forecasting and tracking sales opportunities. β’ Reports to the Country Manager and collaborates closely with the Sales Engineer, sales, field marketing teams, and WatchGuard distributors Sales Team in the territory. β’ Success is measured by meeting transaction, growth, and retention goals with assigned partners. β’ Primary responsibility includes improving partnerships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth and ensuring strong channel relationships.
β’ Experience with two-tier/channel sales ecosystem required β’ Experience in network/cyber security space preferred β’ History of sales excellence with national partner accounts and major accounts β’ History of consistent plan development and quota achievement β’ Strong presentation and written skills β’ Ability to self-manage and work remotely β’ Must be located in assigned territory β’ Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM β’ Fluent in English language
