• Remote Technology Proficiency: Experience using technology to drive business results, including virtual communication and video conferencing. • Design and Sales Experience: 2 years of sales experience required with a track record of meeting and exceeding quotas. • Education: A degree, background or certification in interior design. • Customer Service & Sales: Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. • Design Knowledge: Understanding of basic design principles, including spatial planning, fabric selection, interior design styles, and trends. • Organizational Skills: Strong organization, self-motivation, communication, and relationship management skills. • Internet Requirements: Ability to maintain a hardwired internet connection with speeds of 25+ Mbps download and 5+ Mbps upload for voice and web traffic (no WiFi). • Adaptability: Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced and evolving environment. • Team Collaboration: Ability to contribute to the success of team members and collaborate effectively. • Workspace: Dedicated private workspace (Wayfair provides necessary computer equipment). • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new business systems.
