Description

• Quartzy is seeking a high energy Field Sales Account Executive (Houston, TX) to manage key Quartzy accounts in our academic segment. • Build relationships with new accounts to maximize purchasing spend and grow adoption of the platform. • Communicate effectively with others by listening and empathizing while conveying points clearly. • Handle your own pipeline and meet demanding quotas in a competitive team environment. • Quartzy is the world’s #1 lab management platform, improving efficiency for hundreds of thousands of scientists.

Requirements

• 2+ years sales or account management experience with proven track record of overachievement • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills • Fantastic written and verbal communication ability • Eager to learn and grow • Bachelor's degree or considerable and relevant work experience • A tech savvy person who is experienced working with a variety of different technology (we use Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales automation/enablement tools) • Interest (or a background) in life science would be helpful • Prior experience working / selling in the field, a plus
