Employment programming β’ Vocational rehabilitation β’ Training and development β’ Case management technology
β’ Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles. β’ Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. β’ Conduct reference checks, negotiate job offers, and support onboarding processes. β’ Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices are embedded in all recruitment efforts. β’ Utilize SmartRecruiters (Applicant Tracking System) and other HRIS systems to manage candidate pipelines, report, and ensure compliance with hiring best practices. β’ Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including social media recruiting, networking, and talent mapping. β’ Maintain accurate records and provide recruitment analytics and reports as required. β’ Stay current on recruitment trends and employment legislation to ensure best practices.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. β’ Completion of post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. β’ CPHR or other related recruitment designation preferred. β’ Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SmartRecruiters and HRIS tools. β’ Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and leveraging social media for talent attraction. β’ Ability to orient and teach leaders & P&C teams on full cycle recruitment cycle process. β’ Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. β’ Strong digital literacy skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. β’ Bilingual in French and English (preferred but not required).
