Description

• Lead and grow the BDR organization focused on driving growth through outreach to new and existing clients • Coach and develop 4 Team Leads to be effective sales leaders and foster a collaborative work environment and oversee an organization of 40 BDRs • Own your revenue targets, metrics and performance, optimizing for sales funnel conversion, and pipeline management • Leverage data to uncover insights that drive team optimization • Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations and other sales leaders to share best practices and drive productivity, funnel conversion to scale the business

Requirements

• Client-focused - Always put the client first • People Management - 5 years+ of experience leading and growing a sales team • Analytical - proactively uncovering insights through data to drive recommendations • Adaptability - priorities and direction can evolve quickly. You should have a positive can-do attitude and be adaptable to evolving business goals • Strong communication - with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and lead with context • Self-starter - when you see a need, you address it • Bonus: Fluency with financial and investing concepts and experience in a Series A-C startup
