Requirements

• Revenue or Sales Operations Experience - 5+ years working directly with 200+ sales teams and leadership to drive productivity and growth • Data and Analytics - strong SQL and analysis skills • Technology - Salesforce, Salesloft & Gong tooling familiarity • Resourcefulness - Demonstrated track record of persevering in the face of adversity where priorities and direction can evolve quickly • Team Management Experience - Experience leading a team of experts is a plus. • Collaboration - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally • Prioritization & problem-solving - Knows how to break down complex problems and identify root causes • Curiosity - Never assume anything and ask impactful questions to understand where the gaps are • Passion for clients - Is incredibly passionate about our clients and our products
