β’ Extensive experience in account management, ideally within a social media or creative agency. β’ A deep understanding of TikTok, its trends, and how to create high-performing content. β’ A proven ability to lead multiple client accounts, balancing creativity, and strategic thinking. β’ Strong communication skills, with the gravitas to influence clients and lead discussions confidently. β’ A highly creative mindset, with a passion for generating and refining bold ideas. β’ Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. β’ A proactive problem-solver, comfortable with last-minute changes and forward-thinking solutions. β’ Experience working closely with creative teams, understanding their workflows and challenges. β’ A data-driven approach to evaluating campaign success and presenting insights.
