Description

• Manage initial inbound sales calls with potential clients • Inform clients of potential funding, explain the process and products, qualify prospects, outline pricing, and walk them through the contract • Send initial texts to clients to confirm calls for the day • Handle reschedules as needed • Follow up with clients who have received contracts and be available for phone calls • Utilize a provided script to ask key qualifying questions such as credit score, current income, tax filings (personal and business), highest credit limit, opened loans or credit cards, desired acquisition, timeline for moving forward, and any late payments or derogatories on the credit report • Guide clients/prospects through the contract signing process. • Ensure agreements are signed during the initial 30-minute call • Reach out to prospects who have been sent contracts but have not yet signed • Make follow-up calls to close deals, get contracts signed, and increase commission earnings.

Requirements

• MUST-HAVE: Handling US Customers in a Sales Perspective • Tech Stack: Close.io or other CRM Exp • Google Calendar • Gmail • EaseSignatures.io or other Contract Software Exp (e.g. Docusign) • Calendly • Slack • Text • Great English communications • Discovery • Objection Handling • Very good in sales - has actual sales experience in a US-based company, has closing ability • Focus on closing deals and securing signed contracts. • Prior finance experience is not required
