Description

• Support sales, prospects, and customers as a technical resource for webAI technology. • Leverage technical expertise and communication skills to align solutions with client needs. • Combine product knowledge with strong interpersonal skills for excellent client experiences. • Serve as the technical expert on product functionality, performance, and implementation. • Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain current product knowledge. • Conduct demos and provide training for prospective and current customers. • Partner with sales to identify customer needs and deliver presentations. • Assist in crafting technical documentation and customer use cases. • Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing technical support. • Analyze business needs and tailor solutions accordingly. • Participate in product deployments as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. • 3+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the AI, software, or technology industry. • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and software development concepts. • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Excellent presentation skills and confidence in delivering compelling demonstrations • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with customers and collaborating effectively across internal teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address customer needs and overcome obstacles. • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
