Description

• A successful Account Manager drives client growth & satisfaction with Weedmaps. • Manage a book of business where revenue & retention goals are met and exceeded. • Provide insights & recommendations to clients on how to grow their business. • Collaborate with Account Executive(s) to drive more value for shared clients. • Conduct regular business reviews, sales presentations, and product demonstrations. • Communicate billing updates proactively to drive collection efforts as necessary.

Requirements

• BS / BA Degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital sales or account management; client/customer facing role • Proven track record of hitting goals and revenue targets. • Data-oriented, analytical sales approach. • Customer-centric and an eager relationship builder. • Confidence in presenting to clients (onsite or on phone). • Comfort with and ability to operate at an accelerated, iterative pace. • Strong planning and organizational skills.
