📋 Description
• Leads the planning and execution for Rebate Settlement/Payout • Serve as global process owner for rebates and claims settlements • Engage counterparts across various departments to resolve customer concerns • Identify opportunities for efficiency and drive solutions • Provide functional guidance and support to off-shore Rebate Analysts • Troubleshoot issues related to rebate disputes and manage escalations • Ensure Rebate Settlement meets internal controls and customer satisfaction • Support periodic business targets and ERP implementations
