• The Utility Account Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationships with the utility company. • This role requires strong customer service skills, a deep understanding of utility services, and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. • This role will report into the Vice President, Partnerships and Consortium. • Responsibilities include gathering market intelligence, managing customer relationships, identifying customer needs, analyzing rate structures, promoting energy efficiency, negotiating contracts, and resolving customer complaints.
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate Degree (preferably in business, marketing, finance) • Minimum ten years of experience in customer service or a related field • Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of utility industry practices and regulations • Ability to analyze data and identify trends • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., CRM systems, billing software)
