• Ensure clients’ operational requirements meet regulatory and logistical specifications from initial planning through completion of project for ferry, demonstration, and/or observer flights. • Maintain all pertinent records directly related to crew service business activity in accordance to company and department policies and procedures. • Manage and support client accounts directly related to crew service business activity in combination with additional internal supporting departments (i.e. accounting, collections). • Provide operational support and operational details to the Operation’s Team to ensure that all of the clients’ needs are met in accordance to company and department policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Operations experience within the commercial aviation industry is essential. • Familiarity of flight crew regulatory requirements and an understanding of specific aircraft performance is essential. • Ability to travel some is essential. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. • Strong analytical skills are essential. • Strong values around customer services is essential. • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail is essential. • Strong IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office software is essential. • Strong stakeholder management skills and resilient character is required. • Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
