📋 Description

• The Senior FBO Account Executive is a leadership role focusing on developing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients while driving sales growth in the business aviation sector. • This position involves managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. • As a senior member of the sales team, this role will also contribute to strategic planning and mentoring junior team members. • Achieve annual sales volume and gross profit goals for the assigned region and key accounts. • Maintain and grow account and product portfolio in line with the business plan. • Develop a clear understanding of market dynamics in the assigned territory. • Proactively identify and pursue new prospects and expand existing customer relationships. • Utilize CRM and other assigned system platforms to maintain customer profiles and manage pipelines. • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery. • Represent the company at trade events to enhance business visibility. • Develop working knowledge of competitor offerings and build value propositions to maintain customer interest. • Collaborate with internal support teams, including credit, supply, dispatch, accounting, and legal, to ensure smooth business operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or account management within the aviation or FBO industry. • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a leadership capacity. • Strong understanding of fuel markets, pricing strategies, and customer needs. • Exceptional leadership, communication, including presenting, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook with some familiarity with artificial intelligence. • Willingness to travel extensively. • Customer service orientation with integrity and a results-driven mindset.
