Description

• Responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting technical infrastructure, hardware, and system software components for mid- to large-sized projects. • Provide mentoring to junior team members. • Performs installation, configuration, maintenance, debugging, and support for systems software/hardware. • Tunes platforms to ensure expected availability and performance levels are achieved. • Performs root cause analyses for service interruption recoveries. • Creates preventative measures. • Identifies and tests processes for automation. • Performs configuration prior to the quality assurance process. • Conducts quality assurance reviews to ensure standards and best practices are followed. • Provides 24/7 on-call support for assigned systems.

Requirements

• Proficiency in automation tools and platforms (e.g., RPA, AI/ML, BPM), cloud computing, and integration technologies. • Relevant certifications in automation technologies are a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovatively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
