📋 Description

• Wing is on the exciting mission of redefining the future of work for companies across the world. We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot. • The Staffing Specialist will serve on the Talent Acquisition Team to conduct full-cycle recruitment specifically to source, interview and assess candidates across different industries and roles for Wing. They will work with the talent acquisition team to appropriately match top talent with clients needing assistance in their team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! • Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR administration is a plus but not required. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment tools is an advantage. • Basic knowledge of sourcing strategies on social media and job boards is preferred. • Strong verbal and written English communication skills. • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Proactive follow-up and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met. • Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and ATS platforms (preferred). • Professional and empathetic in managing candidate interactions. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills to address candidate issues and improve compliance processes.
