🎯 Requirements

• Team experience - Experience playing sports at a high level (especially baseball and softball) • Experience in an BDR, SDR, or similar role is considered a plus but not required • Passionate about the game and setting up coaches and players with the tools necessary to succeed • May require occasional travel to meet with partners, showcases, conventions, etc. • Creative and proactive; can think outside the box and find new ways to drive growth/improvement • Ability to think from the perspective of our stakeholders (players, parents, coaches, etc.)
