• WFS Group is a fast paced, high performance sales agency. • Clients outsource their sales department to sell services/packages. • Director of Account Acquisition is an advanced enterprise account executive. • Mastering high-stakes negotiations and closing high-value clients. • Requires deep understanding of revenue operations and complex sales cycles. • Engage, persuade, and negotiate to drive new business growth. • Ability to closely with the CEO on budgeting and growth plans. • Excited about consistently closing seven figure ACV deals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in sales recruitment, especially for high-performance, high-volume teams. • Worked with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and are comfortable using them to manage candidate pipelines. • Proven track record of passive candidate generation and skilled in LinkedIn outreach and networking. • Savvy with the latest recruitment technologies, tools, systems, leveraging innovative solutions and automations to streamline the hiring process, improve candidate sourcing, and enhance overall efficiency. • Experience building or improving recruiting processes and workflows from scratch. • Adept at selling the company’s value proposition and opportunity to potential candidates and making positions look attractive and compelling to top-tier talent. • Excel at building strong relationships with candidates and have exceptional interpersonal skills. • Enjoy dynamic, fast-paced environments where growth is rapid and change is constant. • Thrive in leadership roles and are excited to own the recruiting engine of a growing company. • Believe in data-driven decisions and use metrics to improve recruitment efficiency. • Worked in recruitment roles where you’ve had to consistently deliver a high volume of quality candidates. • Love learning new strategies and optimizing processes for better performance.
