Description

• Inside sales position supporting the South Atlantic market area. • Responsible for new business and retention of existing accounts. • Manage existing business relationships and achieve budgeted retention goals. • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited). • Experience: One (1) year of WM experience or five (5) years of business to business account management at a proficient level. • No certificates, licenses, or registrations required. • Ability to effectively convert customer cancellation requests • Ability to build relationships (highly competent) • Proficient in time management and computer skills • High impact communication and planning
