β€’ Seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join its Government Sales team β€’ Maintain and grow revenue associated with established customer contracts β€’ Serve as the primary contract negotiation point-of-contact to expand existing contracts β€’ Maintain the SugarCRM pipeline of opportunities and closing sales β€’ Expand the existing technology list on current contracts and grow contracts to add more technology, training and technical services β€’ Respond to customer leads and inquiries from organizations β€’ Travel to named organizations and provide technical talks and meetings with users β€’ Ensure top-quality relationships with timely and quality responses

Requirements

β€’ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills β€’ Strong work ethic and the ability to network β€’ Analytical and presentation skills β€’ Strong attention to detail β€’ Money and success oriented β€’ Aptitude to learn the software needed to complete daily tasks β€’ Ability to work independently and with a team β€’ Bachelor's degree is required β€’ Experience in direct sales is required; experience working with the US government is preferred
