• Woodard & Curran is a national engineering, science, and operations firm focusing on water and environmental issues. • Seeking talented individuals to address a broad range of water and environmental issues. • Drive an understanding of client’s needs and build internal relationships to form the right teams and solutions. • Develop and direct client capture and development plans to grow the impact of deployed solutions. • Perform responsibilities to grow municipal practice with project sizes from $500K to $3M.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences or engineering or related field from accredited program preferred. • Demonstrated experience working with industry. • Identify, lead, and participate in business development and bid and proposal efforts. • Strong desire to grow an organization and the ability to motivate others. • Understanding of the business development cycle. • Strong written and verbal skills. • Ability to travel across the U.S. to client and company facilities up to 60% of the time. • Open to remote work locations; Midwest municipal sales experience preferred.
