At Woodruff Sawyer, you own your future. • How We Work • About the Role • Woodruff Sawyer’s Emerging Business practice seeks a collaborative Account Manager to handle placement, renewal, and service of new and existing business. Account Managers serve as ambassadors for Woodruff Sawyer, possessing technical expertise and confidently discussing markets and coverages with Account Executives and clients. They work closely with the Account Executive to drive strategy and ensure efficient progress.
• College degree preferred, but applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent experience will be considered. • Experience within Technology & Life Sciences preferred, minimum of five years of industry experience required. • Experience with Property, Casualty, Cyber, and Management Liability Lines preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Experience with EPIC preferred. • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. • Excellent analytical, negotiation and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and shift focus as priorities change. • Fire & Casualty license required. • Required to acquire the applicable insurance license(s) within 90 days of date of hire. • Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation required. • Ability to travel as necessary.
