With a globally distributed, primarily remote team, we thrive on collaboration across diverse locations, perspectives, and expertise. • The Opportunity • Woolf is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive (Independent Contractor) to play a key role in our global expansion. As part of our team, you'll lead the charge in acquiring new customers and growing Woolf’s footprint in the education sector. • This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of education by working closely with innovative education organizations. To be successful, you'll engage in full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing deals, using a consultative approach to demonstrate how Woolf’s platform addresses their specific needs. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll be able to collaborate with a diverse team of academics, product specialists, and engineers to accelerate Woolf’s growth. • What You’ll Do: • Drive New Business: Take ownership of the sales process from start to finish, actively prospecting and closing new education organizations to join Woolf’s platform. • Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to deeply understand prospective clients' challenges, tailoring solutions that align with Woolf’s offerings to meet their unique needs. • Manage Sales Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities, ensuring consistent progress and closing deals effectively and efficiently. • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience and leverage their insights to improve sales strategies. • Become a Product Expert: Quickly become an expert on Woolf’s platform and confidently communicate its value to prospective clients. • Provide Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities, using this knowledge to refine sales strategies and messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B sales, with a proven ability to close large deals (over $300,000 ACV). • Consultative Sales Expertise: Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term relationships with decision-makers. • Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage with global stakeholders. • Startup Mindset: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with the drive and self-sufficiency to deliver results with minimal oversight. • Bonus Points: Experience in EdTech or a strong understanding of the education sector. • Proficiency in multiple languages to support our global outreach.

• Contract Type: Independent Contractor (Global) • Compensation: Competitive commission-based structure with performance-based incentive bonuses. Compensation is structured for independent contractors, meaning payment terms will be based on completed sales. On-Target Earning (OTE): $70,000–$145,000 USD, based on achieving sales targets.
