Description

• The Sales Manager delivers sales results on predetermined growth revenue targets • Utilizing their influence, the Sales Manager performs a strategic leadership role • As the forefront leader who interacts with strategic commercial customers to evaluate highly-complex ESG & Sustainability initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications • 5 years of proven sales growth in the field selling Software as a Service products • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience • Preferred Qualifications • Proven track record of strategic account client selling with similar complexity, preferably of Workiva’s ESG solution or a similar complexity Carbon solution • 2+ years of progressive sales management experience, preferably in the software or technology areas • Proven sales track record of achieving (and exceeding) sales quota targets in the field selling complex technology or software solutions • Ability to provide deal support and guidance to sellers on enterprise accounts • Ability to manage and coach a diverse team of sales professionals • Exceptional communication skills and business acumen • Executive presence with the ability to communicate at the most senior level • Ability to identify and understand the power of influencers versus buyers
