Description

• The Manager, Channel Sales oversee the growing North American channel sales team • Responsible for driving revenue growth through indirect sales- both resellers and distributors • Mentor and coach your team to be top performers • Build relationships with top strategic partners

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of sales leadership with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams • 5 to 8 years of channel experience • Excellent communication, presentation, & negotiation skills • Growth minded – adapts quickly to change in a high growth environment • Action-oriented – someone who loves to act quickly and drive for results • Problem solver – ability to uncover challenges and find solutions • Two-tier channel model experience is a bonus • The ability to travel to the US and possibly internationally • Excellent written and spoken English
