• Responsible for taking the overall marketing strategy from conception to completion • Building relationships with small business clients in the home service industry • Managing ongoing performance and championing efforts to surpass client goals • Coordinating tasks by design, development, SEO, and PPC marketing teams • Managing client expectations and maintaining open lines of communication • Identifying and implementing client opportunities for additional products and services provided by WorkWave • Contributing positively to company culture by being a team player.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of full-time professional experience in an account strategist, project management, or customer service/client-facing role. • Foundational knowledge of core account management and client communication tactics. • Experience prioritizing and juggling several projects at once in a fast-paced environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the willingness to have difficult conversations when necessary. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
