📋 Description

• As Senior Director of Brand Media Strategy & Planning, you will serve as a strategic leader within the agency, developing innovative, brand forward, cross-channel media strategies that effectively connect brands with their target audiences while addressing full-funnel business objectives. • This senior role requires both visionary leadership and tactical expertise to craft compelling narratives that drive measurable outcomes across the full consumer journey. • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape, consumer behavior patterns, full funnel measurement and emerging/innovative platforms, combined with exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex ideas into compelling campaign platforms that resonate with both clients and target audiences. • TL;DR, you will be able to identify the “aha” strategic media statement that will guide full funnel tactical executions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in media planning, media strategy, connections strategy, or related fields • Proven track record developing and optimizing integrated media strategies across branded content/sponsorships, traditional and digital channels • Experience leading cross-channel client engagements with minimal oversight • Background in client and executive relationship management at a senior level • Experience contributing to new business pitches • Deep understanding of the media landscape, including digital, social, programmatic, and traditional channels • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex stories into a simplified approach • Outstanding communication and presentation skills that inspire clients and teams • Proficiency in media planning tools and research platforms • Understanding of measurement methodologies and attribution models • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
