📋 Description

• The Senior Director, Connections Strategy will be responsible for developing innovative, cross-channel media strategies that effectively connect brands with their target audiences. • This role requires a strategic thinker who can uncover meaningful category, cultural, and consumer insights and translate them into comprehensive media approaches. • As an exceptional storyteller, this leader must simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives that drive engagement and action. • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape, consumer behavior, and emerging platforms to craft impactful campaign strategies. • This role bridges strategic vision with tactical execution, ensuring integrated solutions that deliver measurable business results and create meaningful brand experiences throughout the consumer journey.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in media planning, connections strategy, or related fields • Proven track record developing integrated media strategies across traditional and digital channels • Experience managing client relationships at a senior level • Background leading new business pitches, and mentoring media strategy teams • Experience presenting strategic recommendations to C-suite executives • Deep understanding of the media landscape, including digital, social, programmatic, and traditional channels • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify meaningful insights and patterns • Exceptional storytelling abilities with talent for translating complex ideas into compelling narratives • Experience developing consumer journey frameworks and campaign platforms • Good with AI tools and being able to design creative prompts for ideation and framework development • Excellence in strategic thinking with a consumer-centric approach • Outstanding communication and presentation skills that inspire clients and teams • Proficiency in media planning tools and research platforms • Understanding of measurement methodologies and attribution models • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
