Manage certificate of insurance requests from clients, cities, and rental houses Support brokers and clients as they fill out new and renewal quote applications Support clients with claims forms and providing guidance on claims process Vet/pre screen prospective clients, via phone and online application Cross train on Workers Comp team tasks Assist with agency billing/invoicing process Develop, document and manage Notice of Cancellation process to avoid insureds going to collection Manage mail review and organization process Field calls to General Insurance line and Support line Maintain agency files Gain basic knowledge of Production Insurance Programs Learn Wrapbook’s policies and procedures

Requirements

Strong customer-facing written and verbal communication skills Seeks and takes ownership of opportunities to learn, acquire new knowledge and deepen insurance expertise 2+ years working in insurance P&C License (or willingness to obtain within 6 months) Experience with Agency management systems Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines to satisfy quick turnaround customer requests
