Description

• Provide installation, troubleshooting, diagnostic, repair, and maintenance support. • Install new CNC machine tool systems at customer facility. • Analyze findings to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and application issues. • Coordinate problem resolution and recommend corrective action for CNC machine tools. • Provide on-site and remote support to customers, distributors, and colleagues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in machine tool maintenance/technology (both electrical and mechanical). • 3+ years of experience in providing remote technical support (both electrical and mechanical) in the machine tool industry. • 3+ years of experience with installation and/or maintenance of machining centers. • Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology preferred. • Knowledge of leveling, checking, and adjusting the geometry of CNC machinery. • Knowledge of PLC programming/troubleshooting, control systems, Fanuc Controls, and power circuits.
