β€’ Triage inbound leads and identify potential customers β€’ First line of communication with prospects β€’ Research leads and initiate relationships β€’ Set up meetings or calls for sales team β€’ Understand customer pain points and correlate business value

Requirements

β€’ Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role β€’ Experience utilizing core sales tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Zoom β€’ Administrative training with Salesforce an asset β€’ Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques β€’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills β€’ High achievement motivation β€’ Experience with hardware/software integrations and strategic solutions β€’ Experience in new technologies and concepts to market β€’ Strategic and consultative selling skills β€’ Demonstrated experience presenting and selling conceptual solutions β€’ Experience selling to direct and channel sales β€’ Smart City, Smart Building, Threat Detection, or Physical security experience beneficial β€’ Knowledge of multiple license models: subscription, SaaS, perpetual, lease, etc. β€’ Experience in a start-up or small company environment
