Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required (advanced degree preferred). • Proven track record of success in digital advertising sales, preferably in a comparable Publisher environment. • In-depth knowledge of premium display advertising and brand sponsorship sales. • Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including trends, challenges, and industry best practices. • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed revenue targets. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
