β€’ Ylopo, LLC is a rapidly growing marketing and technology company providing internet marketing services and proprietary lead generation and engagement software to successful real estate agents across the country. β€’ We are seeking an outgoing, tech savvy individual to join our growing team. β€’ We are revolutionizing the real estate industry with our innovative technology solutions. β€’ Our platform empowers real estate agents and brokers to succeed in a highly competitive and fast-paced industry. β€’ As a Sales Manager at Ylopo, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team and be part of a fast-growing company. β€’ You will be responsible for setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve our revenue goals. β€’ Manage and develop a high-performing sales team. β€’ Drive sales objectives, KPIs, and sales targets. β€’ Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with key customers and partners.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related experience. β€’ 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role β€’ Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth β€’ Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of sales professionals β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights and recommendations β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales technologies β€’ Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
