• Looking for a Residential Account Manager for West Coast service • Responsible for growing residential sales in the defined territory • Serve as the primary relationship owner for key accounts • Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets • Manage key accounts and develop positive working relationships • Develop territory plan to drive sales and profitability • Provide best in class customer service and product experience • Collaborate with teams to maximize sales and exceed goals • Participate in marketing activities and seek new business opportunities • Provide timely communication of sales activities and developments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Previous sales management experience with proven growth results • Experience or background in wallcovering, home decor or a similar industry • Demonstrated history of key account sales and successful business development • Exceptional time management and organizational skills • Ability to lead and motivate • Strong presentation and communication skills; both verbal and written • Ability to produce results independently • Solid strategic planning and execution skills • Capable of driving revenue through all sales channels
