• Responsible for bringing on Mid-Market and Enterprise clients • Prospecting, running discovery and demo calls • Lead prospective customers through the entire sales process from lead to close • Identifying and contacting sales prospects • Creating new opportunities through networking, referrals and outbound efforts • Target specific accounts that will benefit from using Your Money Line • Handle inbound requests from accounts • Run discovery, qualification, demo, and negotiation calls • Manage the end-to-end deal cycle with customers • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals quarterly • Track all opportunity and customer details in CRM (Salesforce).
• 5+ years of overperformance in a direct B2B selling role • 3+ year track record of success selling employee benefits to HR leaders (VP and above) into mid-market and enterprise companies. • Validated quota achiever (top 10% in your company) • Experience running mid-market and enterprise opportunities with average deal cycles less than 100 days. • Successful history of building pipeline through networking, referrals, and cold outbound. • Proven ability to convert qualified inbound to won opportunities at a high conversion rate. • Excellent communication, organization, time management, and people management skills. • Quick learner, strong business acumen, and can wear “multiple hats” each day. • Self-starter with the ability to initiate and run on your own but isn’t afraid to raise your hand and ask for help when needed. • Willingness to travel as needed • Experience working with and/or creating revenue generating channels providing benefits to enterprise clients is a plus.
