Description

• At Zego, we’re changing traditional motor insurance to better serve good drivers. • Customer Sales Executive role focusing on customer satisfaction via phone, email, and LiveChat. • 6 months fixed term contract with potential for permanent role. • Work with new and existing business leads through outbound calls. • Assess customer insurance needs and advise on Zego products while ensuring compliance. • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, building trust with customers. • Promptly respond to inquiries, documenting all communication as per GDPR guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven skills in high performing target-driven customer sales and service environment, ideally in call centre setting. • Obsession with customer experience and acting as an advocate for customers’ needs. • Ability to listen to customers and provide advice and support. • Good multitasking, priority setting and time management skills. • Good understanding of GDPR rules and able to use multiple systems simultaneously. • Experience in insurance or an FCA regulated business is ideal.
