β’ About Zero Networks: Zero Networks is a group of elite βget it doneβ professionals that help companies truly take back control of their environments protecting their people, systems, and data, minimizing the risk of cyber-attacks without needing an army of people to do it. β’ Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in managing renewals and driving customer sales, primarily through inbound inquiries. β’ Responsibilities β’ Manage incoming sales inquiries by qualifying leads and converting them into successful sales opportunities. β’ Drive daily pipeline generation by identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and managing opportunities through the sales cycle. β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, understanding their business needs and proactively offering tailored cybersecurity solutions. β’ Work closely with the sales team and technical engineers to develop and execute strategies for generating new leads and closing deals. β’ Set and achieve sales targets and revenue objectives. Regularly monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and take necessary actions to meet or exceed goals. β’ Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings to clients. β’ Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective follow-up with prospects and clients. β’ Industry Representation: Represent Zero Networks at industry events and trade shows to network, build brand awareness, and generate new business opportunities.
β’ Experience: 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the cybersecurity industry. β’ Track Record: Proven success in acquiring new clients ("new logos") and expanding existing accounts. β’ Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with sales teams, partners, and resellers to achieve common goals. β’ Technical Acumen: Strong interest in learning technical concepts quickly and the ability to communicate them effectively to clients. β’ Sales Tools: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools, with a strong ability to maintain accurate records and updates.
