• Reporting to: Chief Revenue Officer • Location: Primarily UK based although other locations considered based on experience • Salary: Competitive with commission scheme • About us: At ZILO™, we’re focused on transforming technology with a unified solution that redefines possibilities. • This journey of transformation requires strong, collaborative relationships to craft a single, seamless global solution. • We value collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement. • About this role: ZILO has already established itself as an innovator and disruptor in the Transfer Agency space. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling innovative financial technology solutions to the financial services industry. • Responsibilities: Identify, develop and close new Sales Opportunities. • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at financial institutions. • Target influencer network to drive referrals and recommendations. • Build market awareness of ZILO and generate leads through attendance at industry events. • Ability to present and demonstrate our financial technology solutions to prospective clients. • Negotiation and Closing: Lead complex sales negotiations, prepare and present proposals, and close deals. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline. • Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of proven sales experience meeting and exceeding sales targets within the financial technology sector, specifically selling to financial services institutions. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong negotiation and closing abilities. • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at senior levels. • Excellent listening and presentation skills. • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the financial services industry. • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High level of integrity and professionalism. • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
