• This is a FULLY remote role. • The candidate will collaborate with their peers and internal customers in North America and Europe. • Hostaway is the market-leading SaaS scale-up transforming the vacation rental industry. • As Director of Sales - Europe at Hostaway, you’ll drive new business growth in the B2B SaaS vacation rental sector. • Owning the Go-To-Market strategy, you’ll execute key initiatives to expand our European footprint and consistently meet or exceed MRR targets. • This role offers the opportunity to directly impact Hostaway’s success by helping property managers and rental professionals thrive with our industry-leading platform.
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS startup, experience establishing a successful and scalable Sales team. • Record of accomplishment of achieving and exceeding revenue goals. • Results-oriented leader who can navigate ambiguity, operate effectively in a hyper-growth start-up environment, and motivate a team. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Experience refining sales execution, recruiting, management, and operations while exceeding growth expectations year over year. • Multi-lingual is a plus.
