📋 Description

• We're on a mission to revolutionize the CAD industry by developing the world's most advanced hardware design infrastructure and tools. • We are looking for a strategic Account Executive to join the Zoo team to drive a best-in-class sales process to achieve growth targets for the company. • You will be responsible for proactively pushing deals forward and positioning Zoo solutions that align with customer objectives. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in tech sales and prior experience owning an end-to-end sales process. • You will be expected to have significant knowledge of the hardware design ecosystem, prior experience collaborating with engineering teams, and a deep understanding of how customers can best utilize Zoo’s products.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success in SaaS/software sales with experience owning the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing independently. • Experience working and closing 6-figure enterprise deals in highly technical sales processes • Proven track record of consistently hitting quotas in prior roles. • Experience independently building and refining early sales processes, documentation, creating pitch materials, sales collateral, business cases, ROI calculations, and pipeline management. • Proven ability to gather and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams. • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity. Willing to wear multiple hats while being adaptable, proactive, and collaborative in a startup environment. • Ability to develop and speak about ROI from a potential Zoo customer’s perspective and relate it to their business needs. • Prior startup experience influencing early-stage sales processes with highly technical products • Familiarity with CAD • Familiarity with HubSpot
