Requirements

• At least 4-5+ years in senior sales or commercial leadership roles in consumer goods industry • Mexico and LATAM retailer and distributor experience • Strong commercial & business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capability • Strong communication & influencing skills • Leadership capability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams • Bachelor’s degree • Mexico work permit required
