Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the startup SaaS industry. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in challenging markets. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset. • Proficient in CRM software (e.g.HubSpot) and Google Workplace Suite. • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Benefits

• Zuub believes everyone should be compensated fairly and equitably. The annual base salary range for this role is $125,000- $135,000 with on target earnings between $155,000 - $170,000. • Our team works 100% remotely with optional opportunities to meet in person throughout the year. • As a key new hire you will be part of the stock options pool.
