Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Recruiting experience in a high-growth environment. • Ability to source and close your own candidates. • Exceptional writing, active listening, and conversational skills. • High degree of emotional intelligence and empathy. • High-level understanding of how various types of technologies function and work together. • Genuine interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain tech. • Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills. • Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain tech / the overall blockchain landscape.
